Today I have taken on the responsibility of being Chairperson of It’s Your Choice.
That means that I am now responsible for the management of It’s Your Choice with the assistance of the other trustees and with the able support of a dedicated, hard working and enthusiastic staff team.
It is a very interesting and I consider an exciting time to be in charge of It’s Your Choice.
We have obtained substantial funding from the Big Lottery and the Tudor Trust plus smaller amounts of funding from several other sources. With the strong possibility of obtaining more funds the future of It’s Your Choice is secured for several years.
That means that we will be able to continue and develop ways and means of providing support to the young people living in the New Forest. To do this successfully we need more trustees who have the knowledge and experience of the needs of young people in the New Forest.
To be a trustee, you just need the interest and enthusiasm to want of make a difference, be over eighteen years of age and have some time to spare to meet, talk and help us decide the best ways to develop and manage It’s Your Choice.
