I would like to say a big thank you to everyone that sponsored me to walk Scafell Pike on the 19th July. It was a lot harder than expected as the weather changed half way up and soaked us with torrential rain and hail stones but a few falls and blisters later we arrived back at the car safely.

It was very exhilarating and I would recommend the walk to anyone. The views were amazing before the weather turned.

I do not know the exact amount raised yet but I know I have personally been sponsored £220 and hopefully Melanie one of the walkers is going to get a donation too.

I really appreciate the support that I received from IYC staff and want you to know it’s Ben Nevis next year if anyone wants to join me?
