Support Us

We would like to say a huge thank you to all our supporters over the years. We are now in our 34th year of operation and without you all we wouldn’t have survived this long!
We no longer receive statutory funding for our work with young people so your support has never been more valuable to us.
We are a small grassroots charity embedded in the community and the only charity in the New Forest area to deliver these types of services, and your support enables us to continue our vital work with young people. Thank you!

Your donations can go towards our support centres which offer information, advice and guidance, Focused Intervention (a bespoke service for more intense problems) our counselling services, project work with young people or our It’s Your Voice project, which listens to the voice of young people across the forest and offers them an opportunity to be heard and influence our services.

There are many ways you can support us!

-Trusts and Foundations-

Our largest and most dependable source of income is from trusts and foundations and we are very grateful for all the support we have had over the years. Five years ago we lost all statutory income due to the cuts in social services, although we still receive most of our referrals from statutory agencies. Having no government support means the generosity of multi-year and regular grants has played a critical role in helping us to plan and deliver our services to young people. It has also enabled us to develop a long term strategy going forward to secure sustainability and plan ahead to ensure that all young people in the New Forest area are able to lead healthy, happy and fulfilling lives and be able to make a positive contribution to society for the benefit of themselves and their communities.
Thank you to all the trusts and foundations that have supported our work.

Leave a Gift in your will

Legacies form a vital part of a charities income and we are very proud to have become members of the Remember a Charity consortium who work with over 200 charities to raise awareness and to highlight the impact of leaving a charitable gift in your will.
Every year in September they run the ‘Remember a Charity week’ which enables charities, supporters and solicitors to come together to chat about and highlight the importance of legacy giving. If a charity has touched your life, or someone you care about then please consider saying thank you by leaving them a gift in your will…the donation can be small or as large as you like – every gift makes a bit difference.

Other ways you can help-

We are always looking for volunteers to give talks to community groups and help out at events when they arise. We are also keen to have ambassadors for the charity and patrons to promote our work.
